Esports Updates for Spring 2023

In Academic Competitions, Districts, Esports, Principal Programs, Student Programs

IASP Department of Student Programs and Harena Data are excited to continue our partnership with our expanded Esports offerings for the Spring Semester.

We will begin with an off-season offering of a variety of games for students to explore.  These games include League of Legends, Valorant, Brawlhalla, Chess, Minecraft, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, and Fall Guys Show.  These events will run from January 31 through March 16.  The official Spring Season of the Esports Bowl begins on April 1 with Club Play Ladders starting and students beginning their work on the Esports Bowl Tasks.  Harena will take data from the off-season play and determine which games will be played for the Exhibition and Championship Tournament matches in the Spring Season.  The season will end with the Championship Tournament on Saturday, May 20.

For more information on how you and your students can get involved in organized Esports, access the Esports Webpage, or email jslinker@iasp.org.
