2023 Indiana State Academic Quiz Bowl Finals

On Saturday, February 18, 2023, IASP hosted the 4th Annual State Finals for Academic Quiz Bowl.  16 teams earned the right to compete at the final tournament at Purdue University at their Area Contests in January.  Members of the Purdue University Quiz Bowl team served as moderators for the rounds as Hamilton Southeastern, Culver, Herron, and Carmel fought their way to the top 4 rungs of the bracket.  In round 7, Herron eliminated Hamilton Southeastern and went on to play Culver who defeated them and left them with the bronze medal.  Returning champion Carmel then took on Culver in the final match, and defeated them to earn their second straight State Champion Academic Quiz Bowl title.  Congratulations Carmel!
