Association Aisle Application
On behalf of the IASP Officers, Board of Directors and membership, I am pleased to invite
you to participate in the 2024 IASP Fall Professional Conference Tuesday, November 26,
2024 at the Indianapolis JW Marriott Downtown. During the annual conference, sponsored by
the Indiana Association of School Principals, selected not-for-profit organizations are invited
to display materials and provide information about programs that are available to schools.
Each year approximately 800-900 building principals attend the Fall Conference and the
Association Aisle is an opportunity for building administrators to become familiar with your
organization and the programs and/or services you provide.
There is NO COST to you for participation in this year’s Association Aisle. A covered
six-foot table and two chairs will be provided. All displays are to be set
up and ready by 7:15 a.m. You will have access to the area for set up at 6:30 a.m. No displays
are to be dismantled before 9:45 a.m. The closing session for our conference begins at 10:50
a.m. Those who have represented your organization are welcome to attend if they wish.
The Association Aisle displays will be located in the pre-function area and the hallway outside
the JW Grand Ballroom on the third floor where the Tuesday morning programs will be held.
I hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to share information about your organization
with attendees at this year’s conference.
If you haven’t already, please complete the reservation form and return it to our office
by November 8, 2024. Should you have any questions, please contact Terilyn Hoke at
thoke@iasp.org.
IASP appreciates the efforts your organization makes on behalf of children and young people,
and we look forward to hosting you at our Fall Conference.
