2020-21 Department of Student Programs (DSP) Membership-Participation Online Form
This year, the Department of Student Programs (DSP) Membership-Participation form is available in an online format. Schools that participate in any department programs must be a DSP-member school.
As you complete the form, please note two items:
- There is not a place to enter a class color (elementary) or class number (junior and senior). This data will be gathered at a later time once team make-up and quantity of teams is finalized around the roster submission deadline.
- If you have more than 3 coaches, please email us to provide the names and email addresses for your additional coaches.
- Due to deferred payments and credits from our 2020 Spring events as a result of the pandemic, electronic payment through the form has not been enabled. Invoices based on school enrollment and events entered will be periodically emailed to treasurers. If you need to pay by a certain date, we are happy to generate an invoice; please email Diane at email@example.com to request that invoice.
